Accommodation in Saaremaa (Estonia)

Cozy and affordable accommodation in village Asuka (northern part of Saaremaa), 800 meters from the beach.

We offer for rent two cottages.One of the cottages have been renovated at 2009. On the first floor we have toilet, sauna with shower and kitchen corner. On the second floor we have two bedrooms for 5 persons in total (2+3).

Second cottage have been renovated at 2007. It has two rooms, the kitchen, toilet and shower. There are beds for 2 persons in the bedroom and 3 persons can sleep on the coaches in the living room, (total - 5 persons).

Both of the cottages have barbecue places in the yard.

Beach is only 800 m away. Beach is mostly stony, but private. There is also fireplace and a boat on the beach.

In the yard we have pond. 

On spot you can buy paintings of the local painter Ellen Trumm. If you are interested, please inform in advance via phone or e-mail. You can see paintings here.

We are situated 70 km from Kuivastu, 38 km from Kuressaare. Grocery store is 4 km away.

House price does not depend on the number of people -  50 € a night (1 to 5 people). Extra bed  10 €.

The sauna house prices do not depend on the number of people(1to 6 people), however, it depends on the number of booked days:
                        only one day-             60 € (per night)
                        two to seven days-   55 € (per night)
                        more than a week-   50 € (per night).

Extra bed  10 €.
Sauna cannot be rented without accommodation.

Check-in starts at 15.00 - 17.00
Check out by 12.00.

If You want to cancel Your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Also please let us know Your exact arrival time at least one day before arrival.

Once You have booked the accommodation for certain period of time You have to pay for the whole period.

Payment have to be done upon arrival in cash and for the whole period of resrevation.

Additional conditions:

1-day reservations are only accepted for one week in advance before the desired reservation time.
If You are booking for more than 1 day 50% advance payment is required. Advanced payment will be returned 50% if You inform us about cancellation at least 20 days prior. Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit.

Accommodation price includes bed linen and towels, as well as the price of the firewood.
Please do not enter the house in shoes.
Please put garbage  into containers, and empty bottles into designated boxes.
Please bring your axes and carriages on the original places.
Once You have replaced the furniture, please put it back to its original position.
Please do not smoke inside the houses. This activity can be successfully done in the fresh air.
Please keep the noise down from 23.00.

When leaving, cleaning the house (our harvest price is € 10, if you do not desire to clean up).
